SWOT analysis

So after reading all the articles (I have more in my computer but I just didn't want to post it because there's way too many of them), I learned that I should consider non-profit organizaitons as a brand; I've never considered it.! Anyways, so I have decided to set my audience and do a little SWOT analysis...
